In the light of what RenoTom has astutely observed(ie, that CPAPs may be titrated too low to cope withg the worst apneas), I clearly need to modify my last post.
If Valerian does have a depressive effect on the muscles, then it conceivably could lead to worse apneas. I don't know this, but I'd hate you to take my last post as an endorsement of a medication that I myself am trialling for myself.
By the way, on the Australian product there are no warnings about driving or operating machinery. It must affect us differently!
