I had the same problem, it turned out that the CPAP was causing sinus problems. My Dr. sent me to an ENT and he gave me anti-biotics to clear up the sinus infection and then put me on Flonase and claritan for maintenance. I also got a heated humidifier. It did the trick... Good Luck.
