The suffocating dreams are common for people with OSA (a theory I have heard is that the mind is trying to tell you that you have a problem, which certainly seems to happen to me at times. My most common OSA related dreams are of "huge" winds and air movements - which does seem to correlate to bad mask leaks and I have learned to wake up in many cases from these dreams and fix my mask).
