This did not happen overnight and it will take some time to some to the best outcome.
The sleep study you did will provide the setting for your cpap unless it is an automatic type.
You may hate it at first but it will eventually be second nature and when you think about the before and after person you are, it will be a blessing.
I would advise looking over many past posts on the various surgeries suggested and learn more about them. do a keyword search on each of the procedures and see the outcomes of those with experience.
Give the machine a chance.
Take a prozac and call me in the morning.
