I just got my CPAP 2 days ago. A respiratory tech will come to your house, instruct you on how to set up the machine, put it on, use it, adjust and clean it. It took about 30 minutes. She even called me the next day to see if I had questions about it after the first night. It's pretty simple, they even give you a carrying case so you can travel with it and there are 24 hr emergency numbers you can call if the equipment breaks down. I've used it two nights now, with no problems and a the zoned out buzzing feeling is starting to go away. good luck! Jeanne
