Well Jeff, lets see here. I am asking for my husband, who has severe hypersomnolence. He sleeps all night and nearly all day. Still holding down a full time job, a miracle in itself.

He NEVER had a sleep issue or noise or anything until a sinus operation that was unnecessary. The sinus surgery was for something unrelated. Now he suffers from god knows what. He just had a sleep study done Tuesday evening and the results are not in yet. However, the inquiry to ridalin arises from the nurse commenting on hypersomnolence/fatigue, the treatment usually being ritalin. He is currently on epehdrine, hard as heck to find, and these days replaced by ritalin.

The man sleeps all night..makes it through a daytime job...returns home early, 3pm...naps,, eats...naps...showers...naps... even sneaks home every now and again to nap rather than eat. The fatigue is severe.
