Actually, a woman used that phrase 'nasal douce' although not in reference to 'Birmingham'. I'll try to look up the product and see what it is like. I find the temperature is more critical than the isotonic status of the saline solution.
Unfortunately, I find the effect, although beneficial, is decidely temporary for me, but 'every little bit' helps.
Thanks. If its a more or less 'portable' product I may well avail myself of it, as a water pik is really not 'portable'.
