MDC is right that this "can" happen to anyone on CPAP and provides the correct medical trigger for those who wishes to do more research on th HB Reflex.
However, from a practical standpoint only a few have problems at normal CPAP pressure. I have even been told that the reason most Mfr's do not make machines which go over 20 is that the number of people who have Pressure induced Centrals dramatically increase when the pressures get above 20.
