Often some diagnostic equipment can be borrowed overnight, such as: a recording device that constitutes an at-home 'mini sleep test', or a recording pulse oximeter that is portable enough to be carried around during the day and quiet enough to be used at night, or even a simple non-recording pulse oximeter.
If you get some of this it may help demonstrate a need and treatment will be more likely.
