This is just my opinion and I am pretty new to all of this. I would think common sense would dictate that if everything is going well, you feel ok etc. then you don't need to be re-tested. (This is the "If it's not broken, don't fix it mentality.") I think most of us will attest to the fact that when treatment is not working we feel it and there is no doubt about it. If you don't feel right, show signs or symptoms again, then this must be addressed and if an effective solution is not obvious then a re-test would be in order.
