I am allergic to fish. This means when I ingest a piece of crab/shrimp/tuna I start to turn colours, develop breathing problems, etc.I am also allergic to rye. it sent me to the hospital once years ago. An antihistamine shot to the rear had me driving in a few hours. I always carry an antihistamine with me.
When I eat green peppers, my nose stuffs up. This is a sensativity. It is uncomfortable, but not a health risk.Try to get a pizza without green peppers.
obviously there are foods I enjoy that aren't the wisest to indulge, and then there are the ones that are just dangerous to have.
