From what I've read those numbers are also a good indicator of what other complicating factors could be caused by my sleep apnea, like heart failure etc. That's why I wanted to know where in the range I stand. They're just numbers to me, they don't tell me if my case is mild or severe and if I am in danger of developing these other things. I figure if I don't watch for these things nobody else is gonna.
