Hey, wait a minute. When I read your post, I interpreted it to mean that you were not undergoing any treatment. Now I see that you are using a pap, and quite regularly it seems. So much so that you regret it when you skip a night. This is a horse of a different color. Read around the last 6 or so forums. There has been some posting on the retesting subject. I believe the consensus is retest as often as necessary to get established and successful, sounds like once for you, and then at one to two year intervals, or with any major body/weight/illness change or if you start to not feel good. I wouldn't wait 4 years. I once had a doc say to me that if he didn't hear from me, then he would just assume all was ok. So if it isn't let me know. The squeaky wheel etc. I like candid docs.
