I guess I'm just spooked by an older man I know who has many serious health problems, Congestive Heart Failure, uncontrolled diabetes, he's had 3 heart attacks and he told me that he has had sleep apnea for years. He told me what his sleep study showed and I knew from what the sleep clinic tech showed me that I had higher numbers than he did. Granted he's about 25 years older than I am AND he refuses to use CPAP. I guess I'm just afraid of ending up like him because I can seriously see how these things could be the result of sleep apnea.
