Hi,
It took over 6 months for me to feel better with CPAP. I too use a simplicity mask and it works well. I've begun using Xlear, a nasal spray that has been as effective as the prescribed Flonase to try and control the sinus problems that don't help with CPAP use. ALLERGIES!! This is an area I'd suggest exploring. I'm off all milk based products and try to stay away from spices or any other stimulants that cause the sinuses to go nuts. Food allergies can make some people very tired.I've found that red meat consumption makes me feel like I'm draging rocks around. Hope this helps a bit.
