You say you have adjusted fine, but what does that mean? Do you keep it on all night long? Have you undergone a sleep study with it on all night long, so you know for sure that you are not mouth breathing, or any other adverse thing. It is the instruments that know, and that allow for proper adjustments.

Your PCP throws up her arms on frustration, and walks away. So what are you supposed to do, Just continue to suffer because she doesn't know what to do? You need to find your way to an acredited sleep clinic, and get followup care from a certified sleep doc.

You can get a Mirage full face mask tommorrow. Just call a net vendor, and give him a credit card number.
