ADVICE on Nasal Pillows

Just ordered The Adams Circuit Nasal Pillow System using
the custom headgear through the CPAPMAN. ( I tried the Breeze earlier but it would not fit my head) Much has been written about the use of nasal pillows and sores in and around the nares. As a new user what should I expect ? Should I take it easy, switching back and forth from mask to pillows or should I go for it !! Deal with the sores etc. I'm not real sure what tactic to use. Any advice would be appreciated.
