I switched back and forth. I use Boroeum on my nares when I use the breeze/nasal pillows and it really helps. It took me two weeks to get used to by switching each night. If my nares were real sore, I'd go two nights with the mask then back to the pillows. I don't think two weeks is a poor time frame for having developed a tolerance for the pillows.
