I just had the exact same situation with my heated humidifier. The DME told me that the insurance co only allows something like $131 and I have to pay my copay on that which is 20% PLUS the difference between that and the actual cost. So they are charging me $147 which is MORE than the insurance company is paying, yet my coverage is supposed to be 80%!
