Unfortunately, It may not be so easy as Jeff & Denver indicates.

One of the papers that DME had you sign was probably a statement that you would pay anything the insurance Co did not pay for (most DME's will refuse to do business with anyone who does not sign that statement).

You need to talk to your insurance company, and review your situation with them, and look at all the papers the DME gave you.

By the way, are these the folks up there in about the 200 block of W. Washington.
