Kind of a dangerous financial gamble on my part. No assurances that they will cover a procedure that could cost me around $15,000 ~ $20,000. It would be nice to know beforehand exactly what they plan to cover or won't cover. They've always pre-approved (or denied) procedures in the past. No surprises, I say.
