I really think these disclamers on policys always determine a resolution after the fact.In other words its there to scare the XXXX out of us in order to keep us from using any of the need medical services we are paying for,yes i say we including us poor saps stuck with medicare as they do the same thing and in fact have run me throught the ringer many times for medical necessitys.How simple it should be to get preauthoriation instead of holding the thought of fianicial ruin over our heads as a club to keep us in line.Disgusted GGGRRRrrr
