I used Flonase straight for a month when I first started on my CPAP machine.. Everytime I used the Flonase it tasted & smelt like paint thinner on the back of my tongue...

I knew it tasted like that from years before having to use it... but it did help clear the sinus's... Flonase is a very strong nasal spray and should not be used for more then a two week straight period... unless directed by your doctor.. after the worse of the sinus problem was relieved.. then I just used a saline spray at night before bed..

But if oyu feel very uneasy about the nose spray.. talk to the pharmacist and your doctor to see what they think....
