Since you already had the12-hour test . . .

. . . let them trat the OSA first. OSA can sometimes distort the reading on the narcolespy test, so may as well wait 'till you OSA is under control.

Normally, the 23-hour test is recommended as a baseline, but for you it's too late to do it that way.
