Don't be discouraged! Like rascal said, there are a few things to check out to make sure the CPAP therapy is working as well as it should. As far as getting your energy back, it takes a long time to pay back all of that sleep debt.

Hang in there and make sure the therapy is working properly. Focus on that for now. Know that what you are dealing with is going to make life better over time. ;)
