Flonase (or other nasal sprays) Manner of use:

Okay, this may be a question of interest to a very narrow audience, but I'd like to know in exactly what manner the users of Flonase spray the darn stuff into their noses.

In such a manner that the spray mainly hits the inside of the nostril?
OR
In such a manner that the bulk of the spray goes up past the bridge of the nose and not directly onto the skin inside the nose?
