My sleep doctor instructed me to spray 2 squirts of Flonase in each nostril, then spray an additional squirt of a Saline Spray (Ocean). He said the saline spray increases the effectiveness
of the Flonase. ????? Some people cannot handle Flonase due to bleeding of nasal tissue.
