Hi Joy,

I'm glad you found us! One other suggestion to add to the others: ask your doctor about something for sleep (Ambien is good) just in case your anxiety gets in the way of falling asleep. The unknown is always a little scary, but your sleep tech should be able to explain things to you to put you at ease. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It is YOUR sleep study. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
