Thats the title of a book which I believe is now out of print but deals with the tendency to lable as 'stress' or 'psychological' or 'psychiatric' that which is purely a biochemical condition.

Even patients taking allergy medication will often attribute their daytime performance deficits to 'a side effect of the medication' rather than the result of sleep disturbances caused by the allergic reaction.
