Sleep Apnea, which causes sleep deprivation, does indeed effect every aspect of your life. When I received my Bi-PAP system, I Got my life back. For me it was a great miracle. You too can enjoy life again. Get some GOOD sleep and don't worry about the small stuff,life is to short for that. sleep tight!!
