I'm 6 Months into CPAP

Made it six months and counting on CPAP. It is scary, hard, frustrating, lonely, and confusing when you first get diagnosed. But that passes as you adjust to it all and you will. I feel so much better it is amazing. The quality of my life has greatly improved and I am so much more positive about the future and energetic since my treatment with CPAP began. Hang in there, you will feel great!
