I had my 6-month follow-up visit yesterday, and had "the fatness talk" with my doctor. Sigh. I know he's right, but I just love to eat, and I LOATHE exercise. I will try, though. Now that I'm feeling better from getting better sleep, I really don't have any excuse. Stay tuned...
