I wish I had brought my own pillow for my sleep study. Those flat things they called pillows were worthless. But I did bring my teddybear, and after they gave me a funny look "Imagine a 32 year old woman bring her teddybear to a sleep study!", I explained that I am a teddybear collector and am used to 200 pairs of eyes watching me while I sleep, they didn't give it a second thought. I still don't think I slept at all during the study, but they said I slept for a total of 137 minutes. Apparently that was enough.
