Good idea to have someone adjust it. One improvemnt needed is for the person adjusting to tell if the person's breathing is stopping and adjust the CPAP to stop the apneas. However, there could still be hyponeas (partial blockage so not enough air can get through). I'm not sure if a person could tell that these are happening.

It could be that the person has a different disorder that the CPAP wouldn't fix, but I think the above could halp most people. If it doesn't work, then a sleep study seems like the only way.
