Once you're on CPAP you may find that you flip much less during the night. I flipped from one side to another all night long. Never my back because I had a sensation of suffocating. Go figure, I was! Now, I often wake in the same position that I fell asleep in.

If you do find yourself still flipping during the night, you can read some past postings on hose management and masks that work well while laying on your side.
