I told myself for years that my snoring was NOT Apnea, but rather allergies. Then my husband asked me to sleep elsewhere and I started to get so drowsy that my driving was affected. WAKE UP CALL! Yes, it was apnea - serious - 50+ events an hour, CPAP set on 16. Now my husband and I cuddle again, I can drive, the quiet buzz of the machine puts us both to sleep, and life is ever so much better. Have a sleep test! It doesn't hurt and it just may save your life!
