I actually tried this. I used:
(at the same time to try to stop
snoring)

1. Snoreless spray
2. Nose Strips
3. "Vapo" rub on my nose

I had hoped these would stop my snoring. They
did not. Angry about it, I went to a sleep center,
was prescribed CPAP, and now, no more snoring.

The possibility of having OSA is nothing to guess
at. I went and found out for sure, now I am glad
I did!
