custom masks for CPAP

My husband's CPAP machine, prescribed over a month ago, does not seem to be working for him. It looks like the problem is the mask does not fit him face and it leaks. He's also tried a full face mask but he sleeps with his mouth open and it doesn't work either. He's very depressed and is losing hope. Does anyone know if a company makes custom masks?
