Buteyko Breathing Method

Posted by Annie on June 10, 2001 at 16:03:53:

Has anyone heard of this breathing training? I've seen an ad and looked at their web site. The ad says this method can help Asthma and Sleep Apnea.
I've wondered if there are breathing or throat exercises that can help with some aspect of apnea. If the throat muscles change as we age it make sense that some training could help with OSA.
