Yes the Dr. did perscribe the 12-20 setting. However, the 4-20 setting makes sense I will try it out for a week and triple check all other settings and review how rested I feel and the software results.

On the humidifier issue, liitle benefit will be realized if you live in an area with high humidity, other than warming the air. But in areas with low humidity or in the winter when the relative humidity of inside air is usually lower a humidifier should be considered.

Thanks to both the Snowman and Perry for the feedback. This forum has been a huge help.
