Memory Improvements (When?)

Posted by Debbie on June 10, 2001 at 23:25:20:

When does the memory improve with CPAP? I feel like since my compliance I have noticed my recall of things is not so good(sharp). I am not old by my standards (40 something)! I guess I was too tired to notice before or my memory worked overtime to cover up sleep problem.

Anyone else having a similar problem. What are you doing to get am improvement?

I use to have great recall before CPAP.....I guess the Air is now going to brain as well as lungs lol.

I start up with new Sleep Doctor this week. Hope that will help to get me on the correct path. Been so tired lately and not able to sleep properly. Allergies have been bad.
