Black Rainbow:

If you feel that your headaches have increased - and headaches is a sign of excess CO2 retention problems, and they have increased after a raise in pressure; that may indicate other problems, which may require a BiPAP. (CO2 retention is a "proper ventilation" issue once the OSA throat obstructions are solved, and there are people who "breath normally", but have other ventilation problems).

I suggest that you see a pulmonologist, preferably one who is sleep certified (many sleep labs have a pulmonologist). While I can guess at a few of the possible issues, I am not nearly knowlagable enough to do more than guess.
