If the Dr perscribed a minimum pressure of 12, might I ask what are you doing at 4. I have spent most of the last year trying to educate the medical community through this forum and what other contacts I have to get the word out that proper set-up is viatally important on AutoCPAPs - and the biggest issue for proper set-up is getting the minimum pressure high enough to for the machine to respond properely. It sounds like this DR has learned that lesson.

Medically, there is no perscription requirement on the Minimum pressure, thus we are free to change it. But the vast majority of folks need to increase it up to where the machine will work properely.

Lowering the minumum pressure down to the machine minumum makes no sense at all. If you need something closs to 12, how is 4 going to do it.
