Alas, not everyone automatically loses weight after starting CPAP. I am one of those. I've greatly modified my eating habits and I work out vigorously three times a week at the gym but have barely held my own in the weight department. I am totally compliant with CPAP and have nearly three years under my belt, but the belt is no smaller (slightly larger, actually).
