There's a posting on one of the early Non CPAP Options forums (#1 or #2) about this guy who swears using his recorder (Or maybe some other woodwind instrument) keeps him from having apena episodes. I don't think it can hurt you to try something like that, and it may even help some, but I would not put my faith in any method that doesn't have some scientific studies to back it up and wouldn't give up my C-PAP.
