That was really interesting advice, Perry, which made a lot of sense to me.
When I first started with my AutoSet T and a range of 4 - 20, I too found myself short of breath. "Air hunger" my sleep tech called it. On her recommendation I increased the minimum to 6, which made a great difference. But I'll ask her about reducing the range further, for the reasons you outline.
