Bad vistit @Dr.s office, More Surgery

Hi
Sorry just need to stress a little.I went and saw my Ent. today cause i didnt think i was getting enough air.Well eevryone knows the routine shoot the liadicane and lets go in for a look see.It turns out that i have a cartildige spur that needs ground down ,my uvula removed and UPPP done.I guess maybe i should have given a little history first 2 years ago i had a deviated septum fixed and my turbinates trimmed and i was put on cpap with a setting of 8 now i get to have all this done yuk.So how bad does UPPP hurt and does anyone know the average time it takes to be off work ????? Thanks for letting me stress a little
