Noisey Machine

My first CPAP was unsuccesful as mask didn't fit, air flow was wrong etc. etc. Now I have a new mask (Res Med Mirage full face) and the fit is good and air flow quite acceptable (Sullivan V machine) but the noise coming up (internally) through the hose is so loud I can get to slepp or stay asleep. Any suggestions?
