Ankle Swelling

Since I started with CPAP, 2 years ago, I have had swollen ankles. At first it was not too extreme, but it has gotten worse with time. I use a Resperonics LX machine, heated humidifier set just above 1, and either a Profile lite or an Ultra Mirage mask. I have been taking 12 mg of HCTZ diuretic about every other day. Any suggestions?
