breeze pillows

Hi all, I was showing my husband pics of different masks and nasal pillows and info I had heard about the various different options on these forums...hoping if we are better prepared to begin with we may avoid some difficulties, his sleep study is on the 12th of July (yay they moved it up 4 days!)
My husband's question about the nasal pillows is can you sleep on your back comfortably....looking at the pics of the breeze it looks like the hose goes right down the back of your head?? thanks for any info, you all are great!
